Unless otherwise stated, all items will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business weeks after your order is placed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Pre-Order Items:
If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly indicated on the product page in the description. Pre-order items are not immediately available for shipping and will be shipped at a later specified date. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be mentioned on the product page, and we will make every effort to meet this timeline. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances with postal services may sometimes lead to delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly about any changes in the shipping schedule. There are no cancellations or refunds for preorders unless the product is broken or defective.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please note that it may take up to 1-7 business days for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. Therefore, do not be alarmed if the tracking link does not immediately provide updates.
